Welcome to our first episode with the Travel + Loyalty A-Team on a talk about Airline Loyalty.

Today we are happy to be able to introduce something new on the Travel + Loyalty podcast series.
We welcome our Monday Morning A-Team, which are team of experience industry people or savvy frequent flyvers. We will invite our A-Team in from time to time to discuss topics of interest and industry news.
Todays topic for the A-Team are airline loyalty and how it have developed during the last year with the covid-19 pandemic. The main question for today is how loyal is the loyalty schemes towards the travellers and how loyal is the travellers towards the schemes?
We have both experience people from the airlines point of view and frequent flyvers to discuss airline loyalty.

• Henrik Lund - 30 + years in the industry - Previously Air Canada (also worked at SAS, Agean and Emirates)
• Allan Hoffery - 30+ years in the industry - Previously Singapore Airlines
• Henrik Schlotfeldt - Experienced Freuqent Flyer (top status in SAS and Emirates)

And the host is Henrik Olsen, Experienced Frequent Flyer with top status in SAS and British Airways and priously Flying Blue and Emirates.
