Now she's using the question "why bother?" to help people rediscover their purpose!In the 5th grade during a talent show, a spotlight was shown on her and it went right through her white shirt. She was heckled, and felt ashamed, making this an early memory of vulnerability, but even then she learned a great deal from it. She would pursue film school, and aim to become a screenwriter, only to become a self-help writer. After years of successful books, workshops and speaking, she came to realize it wasn’t what she wanted. Then in a short few years her marriage ended, her father passed away and she lost a dear friend to suicide. This spiralled her into heartbreak, and grief, and she began asking herself “Why bother?”. It would take 10 years of work on herself, to decide to open up once again in her newest, and most raw book ever. Now as the author of Why Bother?
