So many of us are spending this time of year setting resolutions and searching for the next punishing diet, hoping that maybe this year we'll finally be able to summon up the willpower to make our weight loss stick.
But, here's what I want you to know: restrictive diets don't work.
And it's NOT because you don't have enough willpower.
They don't work because, for most of us, they're just too hard.
Diets simply ask too much of us.
They take over our lives.
They're not sustainable.
They make us miserable.
And we just can't force ourselves to stick to them for long, no matter how hard we try.
Trust me, it's not you...it's the diets.
Luckily, you don't need diets to lose weight. In fact, dropping diets altogether and learning how to let weight loss be easy is what will change the game for you.
Restriction-free weight loss is possible. And on today's episode, I'm sharing a personal story about dropping perfectionism and paving my own way in weight loss.
