In this solo episode I discuss the various types of body image frameworks and how you can move through this spectrum throughout the week. You will find that different frameworks resonate with you at different times of your life. Ultimately, the goal of each framework is to promote greater self-acceptance, well-being, and empowerment in relation to one's body.
