In today's podcast, Dr. Ghozland sits down with Brian Salmon, founder of 'Brian the Birth Guy' Doula services. Together they discuss what doulas do, how they help couples get informed about all aspects of birth, developing a birth plan, and working virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic. Brian also goes into detail about the three critical areas he focuses on when he works with clients including mobility, pushing, breastfeeding, and describes the format of his online class 'Rocking Dads'. Finally, they talk about post-birth and how new dads can contribute most effectively once the baby comes home.
