She is the epitome of resilience. Her journey began at 19 when she lost her father to cancer, followed by the accidental fentanyl overdose of her only sibling a year and a half later. In the span of a few years, she also endured the losses of her uncle to suicide, her grandmother, and her mother to a rare cancer. Despite these profound losses, she turned her grief into motivation, starting a podcast to share her experiences with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Each episode explores her journey through grief and features guests who offer their expertise. Together they discuss learning to sink or swim, Logan's broken chair, lobotomies, dating with grief, organization hobbies, running the Atlanta Symphony & more.
