Taking over a new team, be it internally for your company or coming in from the outside. What should you as the new leader focus on? What mistakes do you need to avoid? How do you overcome pre-conceived notions of you as a manager?
This is one of the toughest job out there. Bob Lanham, who left Meta to join CarNow, a software company in the automotive industry, shares what he felt and had to overcome during this transition.
A very honest and intense conversation with a lot of tactical strategies for all of us to take away.
Enjoy it!!
