JaMarr discovered this condition as he studied how he went from nearly being fired for poor sales performance to becoming Sales Person of the Year at Allergan Pharmaceuticals and through observing the mental attitudes and psyche of hundreds of sales professionals he has managed, coached, mentored and worked with over the past 20 years.
