In this episode, Courtney talks with Jen Loofbourrow, the founder and owner of Alpine Fit Clothing. They talk about what it is like to “pack raft” and how backpacking in the wilds of Alaska helped Jen find a calling to create gear and they answer the question: “What makes a great base layer?”

She launched Alaska-based outdoor apparel brand Alpine Fit to combine her passions, values and experiences in materials development and adventuring in the backcountry of Canada and Alaska.
