About Tyler Lekas

Tyler Lekas began his career at First Investors as a Financial Advisor. He then moved to Stifel Nicolaus where he managed a hybrid book of both retail and institutional money. In 2017 he started the acquisition and management of mobile home parks. He purchased his first 55 space park in Florida in 2018. Since that time, Tyler, and Jason’s company, MHCI Group, have purchased 752 units throughout the Southeast and they are the largest private owner of mobile home parks in Arkansas. Tyler oversees the property management team, construction, inspections for new acquisitions, private utility expertise, and new/used home infills within each property.
