Today's episode is about guides and a few ways to connect with them. Spirit guides have been part of various spiritual traditions and practices across cultures for centuries. They are often described as beloved, nonphysical entities that offer guidance, support and wisdom to individuals on their spiritual and personal journeys. Today, we'll explore the concept of spirit guides, their roles and a few practical methods for connecting with them. Spirit guides are thought to be higher dimensional beings or manifestations of Divine Wisdom that assist individuals in navigating their life. They can take various forms, including guardian angels, believed to be personal protectors. They could be ancestors, deceased relatives who offer guidance or based on family wisdom, pass on knowledge. They can be Ascended Masters, considered to be enlightened beings who are no longer in the physical form, or animal guides, spirits that embody animal characteristics and offer insights.
