We are fortunate to not only have two countries covered in this week's episode of our Psychological Safety World Tour series but to also have some "hot off the presses" insights into the recently released WHO & ILO Mental Health at Work guidelines. Susanna Harkonen, CEO of InnerWork, walks us through some of the highlights of this important next step in recognizing the importance of psychological health and safety at work. While we discuss the two countries she straddles, the focus in our conversation is mainly on the GLOBAL movement to recognize mental health as the same as physical health at work.
