Tell me honestly - how did you set your prices? Did you learn your numbers like the back of your own hand, calculating all costs and overheads, factoring in all the extra expenses, and then determining a profitable price for your service? Or did you copy the salon down the street that does similar treatments and just charged the same (or a tiny bit less!) than them? We’ll also look at common mistakes that people make when setting their pricing, like not factoring in debts or even their own wages, and how you can avoid falling into those traps! Raising your prices isn’t just for you either - it benefits your clients too. We’ll look at the effects elevating your client experience has on bringing in a higher-end, more luxury-level clientele who are in turn more willing to pay those higher prices over and over again.
