In this episode, Katie explores what happens when we make life changes and how we create new beliefs and ideas about ourselves, life, faith & the relationships in our lives.
Katie Anne is a Woman of God, a Certified Life Coach, a single mother of five amazing humans, and a woman whose journey through divorce deepened her faith and reshaped her future in ways she never expected. Growing up in the LDS (Mormon) religion, she always believed she had the "truth" of the gospel. All of that was radically challenged after she was encouraged to read the Bible and defend the truths she was taught to believe in. After embracing the teachings of Jesus from the Bible, her faith journey has profoundly changed her life and the facts she has come to recognize. This podcast is aimed at supporting divorced Christian women over 40 to navigate their paths with faith in God, grace, resilience, and a renewed sense of hope for the future.
Coming to learn and understand relationships, love, and marriage through Bible facts and the Word of God, Katie discovered how deeply intertwined its teachings were with the tools she had learned as a LifeCoach, and she is here to teach you how to understand that the power of the Bible's teachings are more relevant and applicable to your life today than ever. With Katie, you'll learn how to understand the concepts of the Bible and how to apply them into your life with the knowledge and training I've received as a Life Coach.
In each episode, we'll explore the powerful intersection of Christianity and thought work, uncovering how our beliefs and the stories we tell ourselves shape our lives, and more importantly, relationships. You'll learn practical strategies for becoming more aware of your thoughts, how they connect to Biblical teachings of Christ, and ways to align them with the life and love you know God has in store for you.
