Why Undiagnosed ADHD Leads to Burnout and Chronic Illness | Episode 8
Manage episode 447264645 series 3583024
Once I’d noticed that the vast majority of my 1:1 clients have either diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD, I knew I needed to create a podcast episode about the link between ADHD and chronic illness. I’ve done so much research on this, and I’m excited to share it with you! More and more adults, particularly women, are discovering that a lot of problems they face are down to ADHD, and so I wanted to share more about how I handle my symptoms and also track my cycle to discover when I’ll feel at my best and worst.
In this episode, we’re chatting about:
- Managing my ADHD symptoms
- How having ADHD affects my life
- Why unmanaged ADHD can trigger chronic illnesses
- The influence of your menstrual cycle on ADHD
