#145: In this episode, I discuss strategies to overcome overwhelm, specifically for us ADHDers. I share my personal experience with ADHD and how I've shifted my mindset to see it as a trait rather than a disability. I offer three tactics to reduce overwhelm and become a high-functioning ADHDer. This includes writing down ideas, implementing a shutdown ritual, and using structures for macro and micro planning. Enjoy!
