Nathan Is living with HD and Heather Is his biggest supporter, cheerleader, and advocate. Together they have been able to raise awareness and Impact so many lives through participating In clinical trials, speaking at events, and sharing their journey with HD anywhere and everywhere they can. They truly are champions for Huntington's Disease and are changing the world one day at a time. They gave me so much hope and happiness In our conversation together.
