Melanie Erbar is a third culture kid as the child of a diplomat family. Being Argentinian, she didn’t feel at home there. As the youngest child of four siblings, her identity and sense of self were blurry. She came to Berlin to find herself. In this episode, we talked about her journey from Argentina to Berlin, her spiritual practice, and how to build a safe & inviting environment for ourselves.
