The three of them discuss how negative thoughts can get in the way of following your dreams and share personal stories about how the pressures of cultural and familial standards have prevented them from jumping into their dreams. Linisha shares her advice about how she navigates the "haters" and uses all energy (positive and negative) toward cultivating a life that is driven by her values and passions.

They end by discussing how they create confidence in their goals, shift their energy toward productive spaces, and continuously adapt to their culture.
