The information we currently know about the brain is just the tip of the iceberg. This fact, along with the complex nature of brain injuries, makes trying traumatic brain injury cases especially challenging.

In this episode of David v. Goliath, host Stan Gipe is joined by Keith Fuicelli, founding partner of the Colorado personal injury law firm, Fuicelli & Lee. Keith is an attorney who represents clients in a variety of accident and injury cases, including traumatic brain injury and concussion, which is the focus of this discussion.

As a survivor of a traumatic brain injury, Keith’s experience provides him with a unique perspective that enables him to relate and empathize with clients who have experienced an accident and life-changing injuries. Tune in to hear Keith’s story, the brain injury case he recently handled, and his approach to dealing with things such as poor-quality medical records, the subjective nature of concussions, physician testimony, and verdicts awarded to clients with positive versus negative medical outlooks.
