Danny Kattan is a co-founder of PIA Residential, bringing over 20 years of real estate experience to the firm. He has been instrumental in acquiring more than 400 properties, totaling over 2,000 units and a value exceeding $350 million. Previously, Danny served as a Mortgage Advisor at Countrywide Financial, where he gained extensive knowledge of the residential mortgage market.
In 2008, he leveraged this expertise to guide funds in acquiring and restructuring non-performing loans. A cum laude graduate from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, he also holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Management. Danny is a frequent speaker and moderator at real estate conferences and actively serves on the Planning and Zoning Board for Hallandale, alongside his roles in community organizations.
