Building a dream team, as a married couple, or in any thriving relationship, and supporting each other's dreams can lead to a more fulfilling and successful collaborative environment. But more often than not, most people struggle with competing priorities, not knowing how to make space for one another’s dreams, and feel incompetent in knowing how to get past “impossible” moments.
In today’s episode, we explore practical steps you can take to build an incredible dream team:
Love as the foundation. Learning to approach one another with a heartset of love and understanding is necessary. Most know what love means at an intellectual level, but today’s episode we focus on love as a Biblical principle.
Clear communication. Encouraging open and honest communication within your dream team is crucial. Create an environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their dreams, aspirations, and concerns.
Growth mindset. We encourage you to seek out learning opportunities TOGETHER and to change your view on challenges as chances to grow. We emphasize the value of expanding your mindset as an integral component of personal and together development.
