And here are the show notes from the Impostor Syndrome Files:

In this episode of the Impostor Syndrome Files, we talk about power. Many of us reject the idea of power, because we don’t like the concept of power over others. My guest this week, Noomi Natan, reframes power not as the power to control, but as power from within. And most importantly, she shares that power is not about us. Connecting with our inner power is not about self-service, but about being of greatest service to the world around us. She also invites us to ask ourselves, “What am I a channel for?” to ensure that we’re maximising our value.
