Hey Food Allergy Mama,
Introducing allergens to your baby or trying new foods with your child can be nerve-wracking and scary because of food allergies. Sometimes just the thought of trying a new food can turn your stomach and make you nauseous.
Maybe your child already has a food allergy, or maybe their sibling does. Or maybe you just feel nervous because of things you've heard. All of these things are valid reasons for feeling nervous, and it's ok; you're not alone or different for feeling this way. I want you to know that this is your safe space where you're understood.
