I know firsthand how hard it can be to stay consistent when the gym isnā€™t an option (hello, RV life šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļø). But Iā€™ve learned that working out at home isnā€™t just doableā€”it can be effective.

Whether itā€™s mini bands, dumbbells, or simple bodyweight moves, Iā€™ll walk you through my favorite ways to stay strong and toned without taking up a ton of space or time.
