Mark Rulle, EdD, joins our show this week for an honest conversation about what needs to change in healthcare leadership. It's essential to work towards having compassion radiate throughout your organization.

Dr. Rulle currently serves as President of the Maryland Healthcare Education Institute (MHEI). He will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Certificate in Foundations of Compassionate Leadership, a joint presentation of the Healthcare Experience Foundation (HXF) and MHEI.
