We've got something extra special for you this month. An entire month filled not with experts from specific industries, oh no. Every experts we are bringing you this month is a leader in their specific field, be it psychology, business coaching or leadership style. Skills that stretch beyond the limitations of a specific industry, skills that will enable you to forge your dream career for yourself.

In this third episode of the "Month of Skill", we are joined by the shockingly insightful Suzanne Peterson, Associate Professor of Management Leadership at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Suzanne is a master of all things presence, networking and managing your career actively and successfully. In this episode, we talk about the importance of recognising your range of 'style' within what is still uniquely you. It means that you must ask yourself what you want out of a moment, a meeting, a presentation, and adjust your flex certain style markers to achieve that outcome. E.g. you want to flex power (big posture, loud voice, confidence) to sell your strategy and have it green-lit internally. On the other hand, you may want to flex likability (listen more than you speak, use encouraging 'we' language) to resolve a conflict or create greater cohesion in your team.

Suzanne has the magical ability of making these things feel natural, and a skill for your to advance your career.
