Whenever you walk into the fitness facility, you are at some point in time going to find yourself at the bench press. This episode today will be covering the right way to use the bench press.

  1. BENCH PRESS - I go into detail regarding what is the bench press and its uses.
  2. CONSULTATION - If you are going to perform this for the very first time you should be talking with the people at the facility for assistance.
  3. SAFETY - This is where we learn about the tips to keep ourselves from getting harmed. It means having the right technique and form. This requires us making sure we start at a certain weight to be lifted.
  4. BENCHING EXPERIENCE - I go into the explanation as to where I have to be a beginner, then intermediate, and then advanced as a user. From the small weights and moving on to heavier weights.
  5. BENEFITS - Here is where I go into the various reasons as to why the body benefits from bench pressing. (Strength, health, mental, confidence)
  6. WHEN TO STOP - This is where we should stop when there is a feeling of slight tension to keep from injury.
  7. COMING BACK TO TRAIN - This is when I talk about coming back after taking a slight hiatus.
  8. TRACKING PROGRESS - How does one track the food they eat and the weight that they lift on a weekly basis. Either to build the strength or to lose weight.
  9. PASS THE KNOWLEDGE - Lastly, I would encourage you to pass the information you learned to aid others in their journey.
