Eczema is a condition that causes the skin to become inflamed, itchy, and red. It's not uncommon for women going through menopause to experience flare-ups due to shifts in hormone levels. These fluctuations can cause the skin's barrier to become compromised, leading to dryness, irritation, and eczema. In this episode, I explore three holistic strategies that can help manage and alleviate eczema during menopause.
