Feeling tired all the time isn’t normal — at least it shouldn’t be. Sometimes that exhaustion and lack of motivation is actually burnout and emotional exhaustion. Hard times are stressful but that doesn’t mean that you can live and enjoy your life.
In this episode, I’m sharing 8 signs of possible burnout, the difference between burnout and emotional exhaustion, and how to support yourself as you rest and heal.
