Anteriormente Michel trabajó en Kimberly-Clark USA como Director Asociado de Mercadeo Digital y Experiencia del Consumidor, así como el estratega de Contenido Global de Mercadeo. Previamente se desempeñó como líder de las comunicaciones globales integradas de Mercadeo. Antes de llegar a USA, Michel se desempeñó como responsable de Marca y Comunicaciones para el cuidado del niño y del bebe al frente de la marca Huggies. Antes de entrar en KC, Michel trabajó con Unilever por más de 9 años llevando varias posiciones en Venezuela, Colombia, Brasil y Francia en las áreas de Mercadeo y Ventas. Inicio su Carrera en Procter & Gamble donde estuvo más de 7 años en diferentes posiciones del área de ventas y de Mercadeo en las operaciones de Venezuela y USA, liderando la marca Duracell, así como en las categorías de afeitadoras.

Michel Montenegro is the Principal Marketing Communications ENT at Medtronic. Michel previously worked at Kimberly-Clark USA as Associate Director of Digital Marketing and Consumer Experience, as well as Global Marketing Content Strategist. He previously served as the Global Integrated Marketing Communications Leader. Before coming to the USA, Michel worked as Head of Brand and Communications for the care of children and babies at the head of the Huggies brand. Before joining KC, Michel worked with Unilever for more than 9 years holding various positions in Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil and France in the areas of Marketing and Sales. He started his career at Procter & Gamble where he spent more than 7 years in different positions in the Sales and Marketing area in the Venezuelan and US operations, leading the Duracell brand as well as in the razor categories.
