Before BASF, he worked for Norske Skog as Business Director Specialty Papers for 3 years. He initiated his career in Monsanto with 11 years, performing Seeds Director Brazil for 3 years, Glyphosate Business Manager Brazil for 5 years, and an experience in USA as Row Crops Marketing Supervisor Midwest for 2 years and Sales Rep Southeastern PA & NJ. He started in Monsanto as Marketing Supervisor Industrial Markets Brazil.
