Meet Scott Stallings, a professional golfer on the PGA Tour who went through a physical transformation training with CrossFit methods. Scott went from 260lbs down to 190lbs while making major life changes regarding rest and recovery as well as nutrition and exercise.

Scott is joined on this podcast by Mat Fraser, 4x CrossFit Games Champion and Fittest Man on Earth. Mat and Scott talk to Matt O'Keefe about how they are spending this unintentional off-season due to the closures from COVID-19.
