Our first stop is at Shopify’s Ottawa offices where we’re joined by Shaun Illingworth a 1987 Faculty of Arts alumnus who is a UX/CX Lead at Shopify and an experienced Managing Director and new technology/innovation strategist and by Leia Atkinson, a 2015 alumna from the Faculty of Social Sciences who is now a senior researcher at Shopify.
