It's difficult, very difficult, to recognise the moment in your life when you've lost your motivation to thrive, progress, and even live your daily life! But it could happen to any of us! whether it’s triggered from the outside or the inside! It's a horrible feeling that must be accepted! It does happen from time to time... And if we are not cautious, it might truly become our permanent state in life!

We all know that we need to work hard, grow, learn, and be a good role model for our children, but what happens when we find ourselves at the opposite end of the spectrum, so stuck in finding our purpose in life... We don't even know who we want to be, let alone have motivation to become our best selves in the future...
However, let's be honest: it's not a good situation to be in. It is not only harmful to ourselves, but it can also harm our children's perceptions of the future and opportunities for growth!
