Do you tend to overtrain and push your body beyond its limits without adequately resting and fueling your body? Do you go through phases of intense workouts and strict meal plans only to eventually feel burnt out. You may even end up losing all the progress you made.

If this sounds like you, give this episode a listen. It's time to break the cycle and start regularly taking the time to step back and evaluate where you are and how you'll move forward. The goal is not to constantly push your body to failure. This will just lead to injury, burnout, or a plateau. We want sustainability. Longevity over intensity.

This week, I challenge you to listen to your body. If you are feeling fatigue, snapping at your family members, or even starting to notice persistent injuries, it's time to step back and focus on resting and fueling your body.
