Lee Nugent has been a full-time Real Estate Investor since 2015, starting with purchasing rental properties and flipping houses. In 2017, Lee decided to expand his business to include becoming a licensed Realtor. Since becoming licensed, Lee sells on average, between 50 and 60 homes per year by utilizing various advertising methods with a heavy focus on Social Media to help his clients maximize their value whether they are looking to buy, sell, or invest in Real Estate.

In addition to owning a local brokerage in Northwest Louisiana, Lee also owns a Property Management company for managing his investment properties and other investors in the area.

Lee also has expanded into AirBnB and short-term rentals, private lending, Real Estate coaching, and even small business consulting. Lee has obtained and systematized a wealth of knowledge available to you when you align and partner for your needs.
