'Whatever moves you is the best exercise for you' . This is an important reminder that the daily activity that helps move your body should be something that you have fun doing and gets your body in motion. This is also an activity that you will stick with, since it's fun and enjoyable! Exercise can have a negative connotation and movement, or active hobby, may be a better way to think about it!
