In our second episode, Shanny talks with Dona Warren, the Director of the Critical Thinking Center at UWSP, and Ross Tangedal, Assistant Professor of English and Director of the Cornerstone Press at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, about swear words.

I wanted to talk about this subject to emphasize that college is a place where we can explore anything we are curious about. And I am very curious about swear words. What makes certain words "bad"? Why are they off-limits? What can we learn about culture, gender, class, and history by thinking seriously about dirty words?
