The world is made up of three people: those who are always early, those who are usually on time, and those who are chronically late. If you feel like you’re constantly telling your kids (or yourself) to HURRY UP! This episode is going to speak to your soul.

We’re not here to tell you to buy a watch or set up reminders in your phone to help get your kids get a hustle on - we’re giving you practical tips for changing behaviors that your teen and preteen kids need to learn ASAP. We’ll also dive into the importance of understanding your child’s late-making behaviors; have a kid who is ALWAYS late to wake up? Maybe their morning exhaustion is due to poor sleep cause by worry about something you had no idea was causing them stress. No matter what kind of person you are, we’re here to talk about it and get into the complicated world of being on time. Let’s go!
