Today our guest is Dr. Jaclyn Tomsic She is a strong advocate for health and fitness. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at the Clinic for Cosmetic & Maxillofacial Surgery, she knows how to make time for fitness in her busy schedule. Today we talk all about Oral Surgery, what it is, and what she does. Dr. Jaclyn also shares some insights on how she stays fit, even with 15-20 surgeries weekly:

  • Prioritize fitness by scheduling it in your calendar or treating it as self-care time

  • Make use of early mornings

  • Even light meal prep goes a long way!

  • Implement stretching and mobility training to maintain long-term benefits
