I've taken experiences from my nine marathons completed to date and from coming out of a corporate 9-5 profession and introducing running to my daily routine in my mid-20s. I discuss various lessons I've learned and share with you tips and tricks to stay motivated, learn how to love running, and learn how to have your best first marathon experience!
With discipline, I developed new habits to tackle my training. I share what I did and strategies I've adopted to keep this marathon lifestyle and set me up for running strong, fast, and injury-free.
