Jonathan Day with a degree in industrial enginering, gave up his job to go to Europe, London to become an actor. There he learned his baking skills aftereating en finding bread there that were not like those to be found in Lima. He brought his knowledge back with him to Peru and now Jonathan is the owner of El Pan de la Chola, home to amazing bread, coffee, extracts and sweet treats on 5 locations.
Jonathan Day, afgestudeerd als industrieel ingenieur, gaf zijn baan op om naar Europa, Londen, te gaan om acteur te worden. Daar leerde hij zijn bakkunsten nadat hij daar brood had gevonden dat niet leek op het brood in Lima. Het brood had een verbazingwekkende en andere smaak. Hij nam zijn kennis mee terug naar Peru. Nu is Jonathan de eigenaar van El Pan de la Chola, de thuisbasis van geweldig brood, koffie, extracten en zoete lekkernijen op 5 locaties.
