I have lived a secret life, for nearly twenty years. The anxiety, intrusive thoughts, subconscious negative thinking has made me a person who lives bubbly on the outside, but scared as hell on the inside.
It is time for me to talk. I'm breaking though stigmas and fear to share everything about my secret life so you don't have to live yours isolated and secretive like I have for so long.
Sure, some people know who I am. But nobody truly knows who I am. Except for now.
