“If you help us win this contract or get this new work, we're going to pay you for your efforts. And then there's also the ability to earn extra income off of any new work that any of the employees bring to the table. So if an employee brings us an opportunity, whether it's a new contract, or a contract vehicle -- we work on that contract, they work on it with us, and we win -- then they will get a percentage of that work that they helped us win.”
