In this episode I address the "I wish" statements that I often hear from my clients related to food likes and dislikes. Things like, I wish I loved vegetables more, I wish I didn't have a sweet tooth, I wish I wasn't a picky eater, I wish I didn't love food so much"! It almost looks like a "grass is always greener" scenario doesn't it? Join me as I ponder why these are wishes, and ways to think about them in the grand scheme of our lives.
