Do you ever get stuck in "learner mode"? You listen and read and learn and know all the things, but delay taking action? I definitely get stuck there sometimes. In this episode I talk about how taking action can lead to changes in how we think about things. In particular, I am discussing actions you can take to help you be kind to your body.
