Now that the dust has settled, we step back from the temptation to draw ill conceived conclusions and allow the facts to speak for themselves as we count the cost and consequences of the rise and electoral legitimacy of Farage,
But perhaps best of all, we chart the strength of community spirit in the wake of the riots; those small acts of kindness - and some so large it serves to remind us that when hate meets hope, the latter always wins. And often wins big!
