At roughly 3 a.m. on November 13, 1974, 23-year-old Ronald Joseph Butch Defeo Jr took a 35 Caliber Marlin Rifle, a few hours before dawn, to execute every single member of his immediate family. The facts about this case are crazy but what’s even more intriguing are the paranormal activities that took place to the Lutz family when they moved into the Defeo home… To this day, Butch Defeo Jr swears voices in his head commanded him to commit these atrocities. But what’s really crazy is how nobody in the immediate family was awoken when they heard gunshots or how the neighbors heard nothing even though they were home… Was there something insidious going on in that house?

The Lutz Family would soon move in, but only last 28 horrifying days. Their first-hand account of what happened in the house would take the world by storm and launch the media craze into the paranormal obsession.
