SpringPath host Mike Cardinal talks with Lauren Checo, Senior Assistant Director at Manhattan College. Set in the Bronx of New York, this quiet campus is a short subway ride to NYC. Lauren shares her views on “Pick your own adventure”. Choose to enjoy the quad as you walk across campus or plan your afternoon with a Broadway show, Yankees game or the Met. Lauren speaks to the STEM programs Manhattan College has to offer and the support each student receives starting day 1 on campus. The career development center encourages 1st year internships for real world experience combined with research in the newly built “Higgins” lab.
